Strawberry kiwi smoothie:it’s easy to adjust this recipe to a smoothie. Combine both ingredients with a frozen banana and/or some of your favorite yogurt ( dairy or dairy-free), then blend and enjoy! Optionally add a little orange juice and/or vanilla for extra flavor. If using golden kiwi or ones that are slightly underripe, cook them a bit longer so they have a chance to develop more of a sweet flavor. I like to blend the fruits separately and then combine them. To do so, add the strawberries and kiwis to separate bowls (if using an immersion blender) and use an immersion blender or simply blend one fruit at a time in your blender. Blend until smooth. Blender: This is used to blend up ingredients. I used the Cuisinart SPB-7CH SmartPowder Electronic Bar Blender. Then add 12g salt. Toast 1 tsp caraway seed and 1 tsp dill seed in a pan for a minute or two, then coarsely ground with mortar and pestle. Fold into dough well.

To change up the sweetness, try using brown sugar, coconut sugar, maple syrup, or honey instead of white granulated sugar. filtered water - filtered water works best for simple syrups since the water will not be cooking at a rolling boil for long enough to purify it.
